Camille Lezon is a single mother who raises her son Gorian, an unstable teenager, alone.
Without a job, she spends her time talking on the phone with her friend Stéphanie who gives her advice. But Gorian doesn’t want to listen to his mother’s advice. Sometimes, Pierre, a police officer and friend of Camille, takes him home because Gorian has stolen in a villa with his friends.
Helped by a social worker, Camille cannot make her son understand that school is important and that he must stop making mistakes.
One day, Mr. Mensard, a former teacher, who is her neighbor, comes to offer his help. He suggests to Camille to give lessons to Gorian. But Camille refuses. Another day, Mr. Mensard comes back with a strange box of books. Camille refuses…
