Welcome to VA-CHERIE – a web series from Liège full of passion and madness!

We’re delighted to welcome to IndieCiné Expo the creators of VA-CHERIE, a 100% Belgian (Liège represent’!) humor web-series born of the passion of two self-taught video artists: Michaël Josse and Joris Libotte.
Surrounded by a small team of ultra-motivated volunteers, they produce everything themselves: script , casting , shooting , sound , editing … and sometimes even the music ! A true handcrafted project, made with love and above all lots of fun.

VA-CHERIE is the wacky story of Jack – macho, big-mouthed, not always relatable – and Jean, his loyal sidekick, equally atypical.
Between absurdist humor , love , action , and touching moments , the series takes you into a universe as crazy as it is endearing. With 28 episodes already spread over 3 seasons, this web-series promises laughter, emotion and plenty of second degree!

The team is currently preparing an explosive season 4 for 2026… and it promises to be even crazier than the previous ones!
